BRIC Group
BRIC Group is a Dutch owned and Dutch registered group of companies that specialises in real estate investment in niche markets.
Having started as a company that invested in real estate for the owners personal portfolio in 1996, BRIC Group grew into a corporate entity that began to successfully offer investments and deliver results for client investors in 2002.
Originally specialising in Eastern European countries, BRIC Group expanded from renovating individual properties to entire blocks of apartments. Now just a few years later and BRIC Group are developing their own master-planned beachfront resort in Brazil, The Coral Lake and Beach Resort , which was awarded the title of "The Best Development in Brazil 2009" by the International Property Awards in association with CNBC, The New York Times, The Daily Mail and the Frankfurter Allgemeine to name just a few of the sponsors.
Now with four offices, clients and fellow investors are finding it extremely accessible to contact the growing team of professionals, on a one to one basis.
BRIC Group continues to research new countries, regions and investment opportunities, utilising extensive hours of human capita in order to pin-point suitable markets for its investor group.
We believe that the success of BRIC Group comes down to its unyielding desire to discover and profit from opportunities in new emerging markets as well as more established ones. Through our "Localised Global Repository" – proven affiliated network of local professionals in any given market - BRIC Group is able to call on decades of local experience and opinion that are specific to any chosen area.
Being established on the Costa del Sol and with direct access to developers and banks; and with an intimate knowledge of the area, we felt that it made complete sense to investigate our local market place.
The good news is that we have been able to put together some great deals, heavily discounted and in some cases with 100% mortgages.

The Costa del Sol has seen prices drop by similar margins and there are some real opportunities out there with savings of over 50%.
